Contrast and Compare
On Saturday, I watched a horror movie called Audition. It was one of the most graphic, disturbing movies I've ever seen. The last fifteen minutes were insane, and I was sure that I was going to have trouble sleeping.
Instead, I had wonderful dreams full of warmth, comfort, and contentment that lasted until I woke the next morning.
Yesterday, shortly after I woke up, I drove three hours to eat Chinese food at the family restaurant of Anne's college friend, Crystal, with the whole gang. We then drove back, and I promptly went to sleep again.
Today, I worked in the peace and quiet of a basement conference room for eight hours. They moved me to the basement so that I wouldn't be interrupted, so I will be able to finish all of the projects I'm working on. It was overcast when I went in, but the sun was shining when I drove home.
It's funny how these things work out.

Blaaaaarg.
takashi mike is also the genius behind Happiness of the Katakuris, which might be more your style. Its humorous, ridiculous, and musical.
Ha! I knew it! After seeing that movie, I had a sneaking suspicion that Sasha would HATE that sequence.
Called it!
